There are no official Warforged subraces at this time, but you can find Unearthed Arcana options in existence if you wish to Consider All those. you will find questions about whether or not a Warforged could even turn into a Blood Hunter due to the fact their total issue is about self-alteration from the blood… you (presumably) haven't any blood
